We save our tenants the hassle of spending hours on the phone to call centres and filling in lots of paperwork, risking incurring liability for unpaid bills that could hurt their credit rating and having to stay at home to be in for servicemen to call to connect services.

Our rents include the cost of the following:

  • Gas
  • Electricity
  • Water
  • Council Tax
  • Phone line rental
  • Internet
  • TV Licence
  • Fortnightly communal cleaning

We calculate the cost of the above for each property each year.

We then divide the cost by the number of tenants and simply add the amount to the rent each month.

We agree the amount in advance so our tenants know they are paying a fixed amount irrespective of usage.
