Maintenance and Support

We are not absentee landlords.  We don’t work through estate agents or outsource our maintenance to a contract firm.  We know that there is nothing more frustrating than not being able to speak to someone who cares if something goes wrong.

We manage our properties directly.  We are in regular direct contact with all our tenants.  We have a rota of regular cleaning, maintenance, development and improvement with the aim of fixing things before they ever go wrong.  We want to maintain our houses so they stay in the beautiful condition they are when we developed them.

We provide a service level agreement with maintenance response times so our tenants know what to expect if maintenance is required.  We can’t always fix everything immediately – often spare parts take time to order and maintenance men have to be booked in advance.

For emergency items – like water supply and drainage, heating, electrics, home security and internet connectivity – we aim for very fast response and resolution.

Overall, we have the same objective as our tenants - that our properties are always clean, safe and well-maintained at all times.
